Husband and wife team, Yasser and Therese started Black Gold Carpet Cleaning in 2011. Yasser is the main carpet cleaning technician and face of the business, while Therese provides the administrative support.
It all began with a love for helping people. We saw too many homes and offices struggling with dirty carpets, stained upholstery, and tricky pet messes. So we decided to put our hands and hearts into it, offering professional cleaning that really makes a difference.

Yasser is fully qualified in Certificate 3 in Asset Maintenance and he also holds current IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certification in carpet care. Black Gold is a IICRC certified firm, this means that they are qualified to both Australian and International standards.
