Our Cleaning Process

Things we love about Glen Huntly

Booran Park is one of our favourite spots in Glen Huntly. This recently redeveloped park was the site of an old water reservoir. It is wonderful that some of the history of the park has been retained. There are also, many other hidden gems in Glen Huntly such as The Workshop, Whytes, The Serveryand those delicious burgers at Burger Bliss.

Fun Fact

Did you know that Glen Huntly is named after an immigrant ship? The Glen Huntly brought skilled labourers to Australia from Scotland in 1840. Unfortunately there was an out break of Typhoid Fever on the ship and 10 of the 157 on board died at sea. The ship anchored at Point Ormond which became Victoria’s first Quarantine Station. Food and supplies were brought to the camp along a path which came to be known as Glen Huntly Road.
