Our Process

Once on site, we will do a pre inspection with you and point out any potential issues. Then we get to work transforming your carpet! Firstly we will pre spray and pre treat any stains or spots. Then we use either our truck mounted or portable hot water extraction machine to clean your carpet and extract the dirt. This process is more commonly referred to as Steam cleaning. After we have cleaned your carpet we deodourise and if necessary groom the fibre to leave it looking and smelling fresh and clean. Finally we will do a walk through with you before we leave to make sure you are 100% happy.
