Husband and wife team, Yasser and Therese started Black Gold Carpet Cleaning in 2011.  After many years of running a commercial cleaning business, they decided to specialise in carpet cleaning.  As a family owned and operated carpet cleaning service  we do not use sub contractors.  This helps to keep costs low and quality control high!  Yasser is the main carpet cleaning technician and face of the business, while Therese provides the administrative support. We are your local carpet cleaner.

Yasser is fully qualified in Certificate 3 in Asset Maintenance  and he also holds current IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certification in carpet care.  We are a IICRC certified firm, this means that we are qualified to both Australian and International standards.  Therefore offer we not only offer affordable carpet cleaning in Melbourne, but also highly professional service by fully qualified technicians.
