Chose black gold carpet after research online and seeing many positive feedback. I can now vouch for them.Not the lowest rate available but definitely met all my expectation; from initial engagement to the service level.Reached out on Saturday and was surprise to obtain a quote within 2 hours. I did read the T&C's to understand how sofa seats are measure so no issues at all. Open, transparent pricing with no surprise cost. Email exchange from Therese was prompt and precise. Therese also managed to fit me in the time slot that I requested with only 4 days notice.On the day, Anjal rang twice to confirm ETA, which I greatly appreciated. Anjal is friendly and very professional as he assess what is required for the couch and rug. His described the caused of stains watthout me giving any info. The couch received a facelift and Anjal also shared tips on how to best maintain the couch moving forward.Overall, very happy and satisfy with BGCC's service.I would recommend anyone.

This company was easy to deal with and spent extra care on removing stains. They called ahead to give approx time of arrival on the day. They cleaned 2 rugs and 2 arm chairs and did a much better job than the last carpet cleaning company I used. 1 carpet had some stains I didn’t think would come out and now they’re hardly noticeable.

Wow!Could not be happier with Yassers service today- I wasn’t sure if one of my rugs was saveable but he made it look brand new- not a mark to be seen!Our light blue suede couches were so grubby from 3 years of tradies clothes, kids spills and coffee spilling but they came up a treat as well.Absolutely recommend!

Yaaser cleaned two carpets and my living room furniture in an hour and they look brand new! There were some pretty heavy stains on my carpet and couch from my pets but they are completely gone. Yasser insisted I have a look at the work he had done to ensure I was happy with the outcome. His price for the clean and stain removal was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I called him for a quote. Yasser was a delight to meet. We had a lovely chat early on about our families - he is a proud family man. I have a very large couch that had many strange stains on it. (Maybe from my Great Dane - slobber!)Yasser had never seen anything like it - maybe a fabric fault? He was extremely thorough and went over the couch and cushions 2-3 times and focused on stains. When he had finished and had put his equipment away, I mentioned that the back of the couch was still looking bad in the sunlight. He brought all his equipment back in and went over it again...without further cost. I know my job was much bigger than he had quoted on due to the strange fabric. I offered to pay more $ but Yasser refused. I thought this was very respectful and good business for the future as I will only use Yasser for all my cleaning jobs. A wonderful service and man.

I have just moved to Melbourne and needed some help with my new place. Yasser and Raj went above and beyond to accommodate the booking at short notice and then deal with a difficult building for access. The job done was meticulous and thorough. I also got some very good advice about my carpets and also the main issue that I was having (previous tenant’s pet hair). My carpets are now looking fantastic and I can complete the move-in on time. Definitely would recommend these guys for any upholstery cleaning needs.Therese was super amazing, responsive and accommodating to our last minute request for carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning. Nothing is ever too hard for them.Yasser was professional, he even took care of our wall corners and made sure they're all protected and not damaged by any of carpet steaming equipments.We then asked them to come back and clean our couch with long-standing serious stains (read: toddler's gifts!!), and they miraculously managed to remove most of them! One super happy customer here 🙂

I was so delighted to encounter Yasser today who did the most spectacular job in bringing the condition of my couch back to sparkling new!! I had a disappointing result a couple of days earlier with another company who charged way more and made no discernible difference after the clean was complete. Had the carpet done in lounge and 2 mats done, hadnt been done for 3 years, was looking dull and definately discoloured in walkway areas. Yasser brought all back to life, very friendly and professional, even did my hallway for free! Highly recommend, will definitely be calling again to do my car seats. The products used are antibacterial, takes care of dust mites etc, leaves carpets smelling and looking amazing! After a quick chat Yasser mentioned people sometimes complain that he is late (only by about 15 mins), and he does call prior and apologises - he takes absolute pride in his work, and ensures the customer is happy before leaving, It is absolutely worth the wait for someone who offers top notch service and quality, all good things take time! Really very very good. Fantastic at dealing with puppy accidents, knowledgeable and effective when it comes to stain removal and a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable prices and you can pay with a card without fuss. They’ve helped me out several times and I highly recommend them. A tip- don’t try and tackle a stain as soon as it happens, call them before you trash your carpet with vanish or similar!

Raj attended and spent time explaining the process and what results to expect for steam cleaning some velvet chairs from 1970. Brilliant result. Gave after care instructions to reduce need for steam cleaning too often. Also advised against cleaning a bedhead due to possible damage to fine linen. Impressed with this approach of not looking for extra work but wanting a great outcome. Would definitely use this company again.

Raj was so lovely and patient with our horrible hot water (or lack there of). He was also very fast and helped me move the heavy table. I have tried several carpet cleaners in the SE and Raj was by far the easiest to deal with, organised and friendly. Yasser (owner) was so quick to respond to my booking request that I made last minute and on a sunday after the other company left me high and dry 2 days before a rental inspection . I was so worried that the stains left in the carpet from my previous tenants and odour wouldn't come out of the carpet, however Yasser was able to explain the process and show me the difference his cleaning services were able to make! I had another company - Aladdin Carpet Cleaning cancel on me 20 minutes before they were scheduled. I rang Black Gold Carpet Cleaning and the lady on the phone was absolutely helpful even though she sounded like she was busy and I called early in the morning. She had an appointment scheduled that afternoon for me within seconds. The cleaning guy Raj came out that afternoon and both the carpeted areas in 10 minutes and did a thorough and fantastic job. Had a few stains I thought wouldn't be able to be removed and he got rid of them quick! Raj is a great cleaner - ask for him by name!

I have WHITE carpet and in the past I had several unsuccessful carpet cleaning experiences. Then I found Black Gold Carpet Cleaning and Raj, and I am absolutely delighted with the service, the professional approach and, most of all, the amazing job he has done keeping my carpets immaculate.
