We run a fleet of over 60 buses and coaches, and Yasser from Black Gold Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our vehicles for the last year and a half. Because we are a commercial operation, we require a high level of service and a lot of flexibility. Yasser always comes up trumps! Our bus carpets have a hard life with school children and adults trampling dirt through them, but once Yasser gets to them they look like they are new again. Yasser is easy to deal with, always turns up on time as promised, works hard to get the job done and importantly works around our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Black Gold to any private individual (yes – he cleans my house too!) or company that is looking to build a relationship with someone they can trust to provide them with a quality service at a fair price.

Yasser from Black Gold Carpet cleaning saved my carpet that was only a few years old. I came home to notice bright red stains, which in turn turned out to be from a lipstick crayon. I panicked when I saw it, so tried to get it off myself, and made it worse. I then called Yasser (it was a Saturday at 3pm), and he made time to come to my house the next morning on a Sunday to get the stains out. This was so impressive to me, and he backed it up by getting the stains out, even the ones I had ruined myself. I highly recommend Yasser, and will be using his services again to steam clean our carpets or for any stains going forward.. He is professional, pleasant to deal with and honest.

I had a mysterious stain on my carpet that normal carpet cleaners couldn’t remove… Which distressed me a lot! I was in the process of moving out of my apartment and the stain could have made me lose my bond. But, with the expertise and professional service provided by Yasser at Black Gold Carpet Cleaning it was cleaned and my bond was safe! He also said he wouldn’t charge me if he couldn’t remove the stain. I was left feeling really confident in his abilities and in the honest nature of this business. He said he loves a challenge and anyone this passionate about their business is worth their weight in gold… Even if they only charge small fees. It cost me $150 to save my $1900 bond. 🙂

It is very rare that you come across the type of service that I had received from Black Gold Carpet Cleaning. I had contacted Therese and Yassar after the dog that I was taking care of had made numerous accidents throughout the owners carpets. Hearing the stress I was in,Therese organised a booking the next day,and provided me with helpful advise on what I could do in the interim. When Yassar arrived the next morning,he was extremely friendly,courteous and did a wonderful job at removing the stains and odours. The rug looks brand new and you could never guess where the dog left his marks in the carpet. I had my carpets cleaned today by Yasser. He was prompt, and very pleasant to deal with. I booked my cleaning online giving them options for days and times. They emailed me once and called me again to confirm my booking. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in a while, and the water was black when Yasser finished. I would be happy to use Black Gold Carpet cleaning again and I would refer them to anyone.

I was so very, very happy with the customer service and cleaning of my carpet today that I thought it deserved a review. Exceptional! not just good. Regarding the initial booking I was asked to complete a very simple and short form online – a great way to streamline paperwork for a smaller business. Also as another thought, as this is a small business allow enough lead time to book a job in ie not 3 days time! In summary – I’m definitely happy with this company and will recommend to family and friends 🙂
